पंचगव्य नस्य ( Ayurvedic Nasal Drop)

उपयोग विधि : रात्रि को सोने के पहले नाक में 2-2 बूंद डालें, और गर्दन को 10 मि. लटकाकर रखें।

लाभ : सरदर्द, अनिद्रा, खर्राटे, बालों का झड़ना, साइनस आदि अनेक रोगों में लाभकारी

मुख्य घटक : गिर गौ घृत, दूध, दही, गौमूत्र, गोमय रस

Method of use: Put 2-2 drops in the nose before going to bed at night, and apply 10 ml to the neck. Keep it hanging.
