अश्वगंधादि घृत (Ashwagandhadi Ghrit)

लाभ :-  इस घृत के उपयोग से समस्त प्रकार के वात रोग, संधि-शूल(जोड़ो का दर्द),कमर का दर्द, किसी भी अंग में आईं हुई अशक्तता, भ्रम (चक्कर आना), अनिद्रा आदि विकार नष्ट होते हैं।यह स्नायुमण्डल (Nervous System) को अपूर्व शक्ति प्रदान करता है तथा रस-रक्तादि धातुओं को पुष्ट कर शरीर को सबल बनाता है।यह उत्तम वाजीकरण और पौरुष-शक्तिवर्द्धक है।

मुख्य घटक :- गिर गौ घृत, गाय का दूध, अश्वगंधा, ।

सेवन विधि :- 3 से 6 gm तक, मिश्री के साथ चाट कर ऊपर से गो-दुग्ध पीवें।
