त्रिफला घनवटी (Triphala Ghanvati)

लाभ: पाचन एवं भूख बढ़ाने , नेत्र ज्योति बढ़ाने में, त्रिदोष अर्थात वात, पित्त एवं कफ़ के असंतुलन को दूर करने में लाभकारी

मुख्य घटक: गौ-मूत्र, हरड़, बहेड़ा, आँवला अर्क एवं घनवटी

उपयोग विधि: सुबह - शाम नाश्ते / भोजन के 1 घंटे पूर्व 2 ढक्कन गोमयादी अर्क 200 ml पानी के साथ लेवें और साथ में एक घनवटी लेवें।

Benefits: beneficial in improving digestion and appetite, improving eyesight, removing the imbalance of tridosha i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

Main components: Cow urine, Harad, Baheda, Amla extract and Ghanvati

Method of use: Take 2 caps of Gomayadi extract with 200 ml of water in the morning and evening 1 hour before breakfast/meal and take one ghanvati along with it.
